The product does not fit you or does not meet your expectations? That is not a problem at all. Our return policy is 14 days for an exchange or refund.
We offer uncomplicated handling of returns for Germany/EU/Switzerland via our returns page.
A return fee of 6.95 € (Germany) / 14.95 € (EU/Switzerland) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Customers from Switzerland have to take care of the correct customs clearance of the return on their own. ARYS Store does not take any responsibility for wrongly declared goods.
We are happy to assist customers outside the EU with the returns process. However, the handling and costs must be covered by the customer.
You can pick up products ordered online at our store if you are in Berlin. In the check-out of our website simply select Pick up as delivery method.

For the Euroschirm Umbrella, and wander joined forces with Eurosilm. Created by EBERHARD GOBEL, Eurosilm is a brand which was founded in 1919 and is based in Ulm, Germany, which uses carefully selected materials and is dedicated to making high quality and highly functional umbrellas.
Despite its incredible light weight, the Swing Liteflex Umbrella is extremely durable and will not buckle in even the slightest strong winds. It has a structure in which the arms attached radially from the center of the center rod form a spiral when exposed to strong winds to release wind pressure.
The frame is made of a highly durable rib with a special coating, and the fiberglass arm is lightweight, has insulation properties, and is less likely to be struck by lightning.
The fabric is made of ultra-lightweight polyester material with DuPont Teflon treatment for water resistance and tear strength. It has UV cut function and protects your skin from ultraviolet rays. The UVPF 50+
and wander bespoke model is 4cm longer than the regular swing light flex.
You can protect yourself and your belongings from the rain.
