A return fee of 4.95 € (Germany) / 9.95 € (EU/Switzerland) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Customers from Switzerland have to take care of the correct customs clearance of the return on their own. ARYS Store does not take any responsibility for wrongly declared goods.
We are happy to assist customers outside the EU with the returns process. However, the handling and costs must be covered by the customer.
You can pick up products ordered online at our store if you are in Berlin. In the check-out of our website simply select Pick up as delivery method.

This shirt from NEITHERS has a wide cut and two breast pockets. It is made of high-density cotton fabric with a thread density of 60. All buttons are eco-friendly and natural.
Inspired by the common worker, it is made for everyday use by its easy fit, It can be worn alone as a shirt, but also as a light jacket with a t-shirt underneath.
The product is made from different fabrics for each colour, so there is a difference in thickness and silhouette that can be felt when worn.
For the Anthracite, Navy, Off-White and Sax colours, a solid 60s cotton fabric is treated with ammonia soft process to remove the fine hairs on the surface, resulting in a soft and smooth surface and a light and firm texture.
The navy gingham check and black gingham check colours use a 40 count 100 cotton fabric that is also pre-shrunk to reduce shrinkage and features elasticity with movement. It can feel relatively thinner than plain fabrics.
*Due to the nature of buttons made from natural materials, the colour may not be uniform, which is a natural phenomenon and not a defect.
