We offer uncomplicated handling of returns for Germany/EU/Switzerland via our returns portal.
A return fee of 4.95 € (Germany) / 9.95 € (EU/Switzerland) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Customers from Switzerland have to take care of the correct customs clearance of the return on their own. ARYS Store does not take any responsibility for wrongly declared goods.
We are happy to assist customers outside the EU with the returns process. However, the handling and costs must be covered by the customer.
You can pick up products ordered online at our store if you are in Berlin. In the check-out of our website simply select Pick up as delivery method.

Access without mess
Featuring a V-shaped 2-way water-proof zipper opening and a quick-detach magnetic V-buckle system, the wearer can gain access to the main compartment with ease, adjusting the size of the opening and avoiding the trouble of flipping through and messing up bag contents.
Even more gadget friendly
The upgraded main compartment features an independent 11" tablet sleeve, a zippered elastic mesh pocket, a key strap, a zippered layer, and a larger storage space overall. The soft-padded back panel also features a zippered pocket for frequently extracted items like smartphones and wallets. The adjustable shoulder straps can also be detached and swapped for left-handed users.
EDC durability
The eco-friendly water-resistant fabric makes rainy days one less problem to worry about, yet if necessary, the adjustable compression straps on the bottom also double as storage for foldable umbrellas and water bottles. Additionally, the anti-abrasion characteristic of the ripstop fabric means its durability withstands the challenge of everyday use.
