We offer uncomplicated handling of returns for Germany/EU/Switzerland via our returns portal.
A return fee of 4.95 € (Germany) / 9.95 € (EU/Switzerland) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Customers from Switzerland have to take care of the correct customs clearance of the return on their own. ARYS Store does not take any responsibility for wrongly declared goods.
We are happy to assist customers outside the EU with the returns process. However, the handling and costs must be covered by the customer.
You can pick up products ordered online at our store if you are in Berlin. In the check-out of our website simply select Pick up as delivery method.

“Anchor” is the first Mizusawa Down model produced, and continues to be a popular, long selling jacket.
It has non-quilted thermal bonding and seam tape construction to make it supremely waterproof, and a mesh panel between dual front zips that draws in outside air to prevent uncomfortable heat and moisture buildup inside the jacket. It also has a DERMIZAX® MICRO STRETCH 4 way stretch outer fabric with HEAT NAVI inside to actively generate warmth.
In addition, with traceable down that has acquired “DOWNPASS” certification ※1, it is now possible – through a system of Serial Numbers – to track , and strictly control, all down feathers used in the procurement process.
※1 DOWNPASS e.V (Germany) is a system that guarantees feathers are ethically sourced and come from tightly controlled and traceable supply chains that ensure both animal protection and the maintenance of highest quality feather standards.

- A mesh panel and a zipper under arm. Draws in air from outside to prevent uncomfortable heat and moisture buildup.
