The product does not fit you or does not meet your expectations? That is not a problem at all. Our return policy is 14 days for an exchange or refund.
We offer uncomplicated handling of returns for Germany/EU/UK/Switzerland via our returns page.
A return fee of 6.95 € (Germany) / 14.95 € (EU/UK/Switzerland) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Customers from the UK or Switzerland have to take care of the correct customs clearance of the return on their own. ARYS Store does not take any responsibility for wrongly declared goods.
We are happy to assist customers outside the EU with the returns process. However, the handling and costs must be covered by the customer.
You can pick up products ordered online at our store if you are in Berlin. In the check-out of our website simply select Pick up as delivery method.

This innovative earmuff cap combines the structure of a jet cap with the warmth of a fleece cap, layered into a modular design that adapts to changing conditions. Each component—the outer jet cap and the inner fleece cap—can be worn independently, offering versatile styling and temperature control.
The jet cap is crafted from Taslan nylon, specially processed to mimic the soft texture of cotton while maintaining durability and weather resistance. The fleece layer is made from Polartec® Micro Fleece, known for its excellent water repellency and breathability. Through shirring and brushing, the fabric traps air to create a lightweight yet insulating layer that dries quickly and feels soft against the skin.
A drawstring at the back allows for easy size adjustment, ensuring a secure and comfortable fit. Designed for both function and comfort, this cap is ideal for transitional weather and layered looks.
