• Germany: 6.95 EUR (free shipping for orders above 75 EUR)
  
• EU: 14.95 EUR (free shipping for orders above 250 EUR)
• UK/Switzerland: 19.95 EUR (free shipping for orders above 500 EUR)
• International: 49.95 EUR (free shipping for orders above 750 EUR)

Processing fee in case of investigation
If a parcel is shown as successfully delivered according to the carrier’s tracking information, but the customer nevertheless files a complaint about non-receipt, we reserve the right to charge a processing fee of EUR 100.00 (including VAT) for initiating and carrying out an investigation with the carrier.
These costs will only apply if the investigation confirms that the parcel was indeed delivered correctly. If it turns out that the delivery was not carried out properly, ARYS Store will of course bear the costs of the investigation.
