The product does not fit you or does not meet your expectations? That is not a problem at all. Our return policy is 14 days for an exchange or refund.
We offer uncomplicated handling of returns for Germany/EU/UK/Switzerland via our returns page.
A return fee of 6.95 € (Germany) / 14.95 € (EU/UK/Switzerland) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Customers from the UK or Switzerland have to take care of the correct customs clearance of the return on their own. ARYS Store does not take any responsibility for wrongly declared goods.
We are happy to assist customers outside the EU with the returns process. However, the handling and costs must be covered by the customer.

The hem is fully removable via a zipper that doubles as a ventilation system—ideal for adapting to changing conditions throughout the day.
The waistband is constructed with adjustable nylon tape, allowing for one-handed fit adjustment. Made from recycled nylon taslan yarn, the outer fabric has a subtle tussar texture that’s lightweight, packable, wrinkle-resistant, and easy to care for. Inside, the lining uses Teijin’s brushed mesh Octa material, which uniquely combines the warmth of fleece with the breathability of mesh—developed specifically for active wear.
