We offer uncomplicated handling of returns for Germany/EU/Switzerland via our returns portal.
A return fee of 6.95 € (Germany) / 14.95 € (EU/Switzerland) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Customers from Switzerland have to take care of the correct customs clearance of the return on their own. ARYS Store does not take any responsibility for wrongly declared goods.
We are happy to assist customers outside the EU with the returns process. However, the handling and costs must be covered by the customer.
You can pick up products ordered online at our store if you are in Berlin. In the check-out of our website simply select Pick up as delivery method.

The Gilling 26L from Klättermusen is a practical companion on hikes and in everyday life or on city trips - and it also makes a statement in terms of sustainability. Because the main material consists of polyamide, which is obtained from post-consumer waste and pre-consumer waste. It is just as hard-wearing as conventional polyamide, but conserves valuable resources. The material is bluesign® and GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certified.
With a contoured frame made of steel wire and a ventilated carrying system, the hiking backpack sits comfortably on your back. The U-shaped opening gives you unrestricted access to the main compartment. An expandable front pocket, side stretch pockets, a pocket for personal items and a trekking pole attachment allow additional equipment to be stowed away in a sorted manner. You can compress the backpack and adjust it to the contents using elastic cords on the side.
