Customers from Non-EU countries pay only the net price (excl. 19% German VAT).

The product does not fit you or does not meet your expectations? That is not a problem at all. Our return policy is 14 days for an exchange or refund.
We offer uncomplicated handling of returns for Germany/EU/UK/Switzerland via our returns page.
A return fee of 6.95 € (Germany) / 14.95 € (EU/UK/Switzerland) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Customers from the UK or Switzerland have to take care of the correct customs clearance of the return on their own. ARYS Store does not take any responsibility for wrongly declared goods.
We are happy to assist customers outside the EU with the returns process. However, the handling and costs must be covered by the customer.
You can pick up products ordered online at our store if you are in Berlin. In the check-out of our website simply select Pick up as delivery method.

Hut Hat is made in pure lambswool 19,5µm. To ensure a completely circular product, we never mix wool and synthetic fibers. Pure wool is both recyclable and biodegradable. The raw material can go back in to the natural cycle and become nutrients for something else to grow. Nothing goes to waste.
If you are looking for a cozy wool hat to keep you warm all winter, this is your match. The pure lambswool will keep you comfortable on you daily commute or any winter adventure.
When your Hut Hat eventually wears out, please return it to Houdini for recycling.

Wool material
- Air out instead of frequent washing to preserve performance and reduce impact
- Use a washing bag for protection
- Gentle machine wash max 30 °C, ideally on wool program
- Use wool detergent or mild, pH-neutral, enzyme-free eco detergent
- Avoid bleach, enzymes, and fabric softener
- Do not tumble dry — reshape and lay flat to dry
- Store folded to maintain shape

Biodegradable - Natural fibers only, free from synthetics and harmful chemicals. Compostable after removing trims. Or return to Houdini for proper recycling.
Renewable - Made from 100% renewable sources like wool or cellulose. Natural fibers are ethically sourced and fully biodegradable. Synthetic and natural fibers are never mixed to ensure circularity.
