The product does not fit you or does not meet your expectations? That is not a problem at all. Our return policy is 14 days for an exchange or refund.
We offer uncomplicated handling of returns for Germany/EU/UK/Switzerland via our returns page.
A return fee of 6.95 € (Germany) / 14.95 € (EU/UK/Switzerland) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Customers from the UK or Switzerland have to take care of the correct customs clearance of the return on their own. ARYS Store does not take any responsibility for wrongly declared goods.
We are happy to assist customers outside the EU with the returns process. However, the handling and costs must be covered by the customer.
You can pick up products ordered online at our store if you are in Berlin. In the check-out of our website simply select Pick up as delivery method.

SUBU Packble is made of rip-stop nylon, which is often found in outdoor products. You can take the SUBU Packble with you on a plane, camping, or wear it after a long hike in the mountains. The rubber hidden under the sole allows you to fold the shoes.

care instructions
- The materials are machine washable, but for safety it is recommended to clean them by hand with lukewarm water. Do not dry the SUBU in a dryer as the EVA layer in the sole may be damaged
- Please wash by hand in lukewarm water with mild detergent
- Use a soft brush to clean the dirt off
- Once cleaned, dry thoroughly, avoiding the direct sunlight

Storing while dirty or moist might result in mold or discoloration. Do not wash in a washing machine. Please refrain fro drying in dryer, as may deform the EVA layer of the sole.
