The product does not fit you or does not meet your expectations? That is not a problem at all. Our return policy is 14 days for an exchange or refund.
We offer uncomplicated handling of returns for Germany/EU/UK/Switzerland via our returns page.
A return fee of 6.95 € (Germany) / 14.95 € (EU/UK/Switzerland) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Customers from the UK or Switzerland have to take care of the correct customs clearance of the return on their own. ARYS Store does not take any responsibility for wrongly declared goods.
We are happy to assist customers outside the EU with the returns process. However, the handling and costs must be covered by the customer.
You can pick up products ordered online at our store if you are in Berlin. In the check-out of our website simply select Pick up as delivery method.

Strong grip
The sole compound is designed for optimal grip and increased durability: ideal for slippery surfaces and soft ground.
Anti-Fatigue
This triple‑density sole guarantees maximum comfort. It features a rubber insert with progressive cushioning, a stabilizing midsole, and a 360° grip sole inspired by a chamois hoof. The leg does not fatigue as quickly, and anyone wearing this model can walk for long periods without feeling the weight of the kilometers.
Waterproof and sealed seams
These shoes keep you dry thanks to a waterproof membrane and waterproof seams: not a single drop of water gets in, even in heavy rain. We tested this by leaving the model in a water‑filled tub for 90 minutes and then checking whether the inside was still completely dry. The material is relatively tightly knit, which prevents water from entering while allowing sweat to escape. The result is optimal comfort.
