Customers from Non-EU countries pay only the net price (excl. 19% German VAT).

The product does not fit you or does not meet your expectations? That is not a problem at all. Our return policy is 14 days for an exchange or refund.
We offer uncomplicated handling of returns for Germany/EU/UK/Switzerland via our returns page.
A return fee of 6.95 € (Germany) / 14.95 € (EU/UK/Switzerland) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Customers from the UK or Switzerland have to take care of the correct customs clearance of the return on their own. ARYS Store does not take any responsibility for wrongly declared goods.
We are happy to assist customers outside the EU with the returns process. However, the handling and costs must be covered by the customer.
You can pick up products ordered online at our store if you are in Berlin. In the check-out of our website simply select Pick up as delivery method.

Hut Hat is made in pure lambswool 19,5µm. To ensure a completely circular product, Houdini never mixes wool and synthetic fibers. Pure wool is both recyclable and biodegradable. The raw material can go back in to the natural cycle and become nutrients for something else to grow. Nothing goes to waste.

When your Hut Hat eventually wears out, please return it to Houdini for recycling.

care instructions
- Washing Frequency: Wool naturally resists bacteria and dirt, so it rarely needs washing. Airing garments instead saves energy, water, and preserves fabric quality.
- Washing Guidelines: Use a washing bag and machine wash on a gentle wool program at a maximum of 30°C.
- Detergents: Use neutral pH, enzyme-free wool detergents or mild, environmentally certified options. Avoid bleach, alkaline substances, enzymes, and fabric softeners, as they damage wool fibers and impair performance.
- Drying and Storage: Do not tumble dry. Instead, reshape the garment while wet and lay it flat to dry. Store wool folded rather than on a hanger to prevent it from losing its shape.
