The product does not fit you or does not meet your expectations? That is not a problem at all. Our return policy is 14 days for an exchange or refund.
We offer uncomplicated handling of returns for Germany/EU/UK/Switzerland via our returns page.
A return fee of 6.95 € (Germany) / 14.95 € (EU/UK/Switzerland) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Customers from the UK or Switzerland have to take care of the correct customs clearance of the return on their own. ARYS Store does not take any responsibility for wrongly declared goods.
We are happy to assist customers outside the EU with the returns process. However, the handling and costs must be covered by the customer.

The Women's One Parka II is a lightweight, all-season shell parka designed for rain protection in both urban environments and rugged mountain terrain. Crafted from durable, fully recyclable Slate 3L fabric with a waterproof and PFAS-free Atmos membrane, it offers weather protection that can be adapted with inner layers for winter warmth. Featuring water-repellent zippers, a storm brim, shaped cuffs, and secure pockets, this circular raincoat combines high-performance outdoor functionality with everyday wear, and can be returned to Houdini for recycling at the end of its lifecycle.

Recyclable:
Raw materials designed to be processed into new products rather than becoming waste, supporting the company's 2030 goal to eliminate the extraction of new earth-crust resources. Customers are encouraged to return worn garments to store recycling units.
Circular:
Products made from recycled/recyclable or renewable/biodegradable fibers designed to replace the traditional linear lifecycle. The system relies on customers returning worn items to close the loop.
Recycled:
Garments containing at least 50% recycled fibers (sourced from old clothes or PET bottles like recycled polyester). This practice transforms waste into raw material instead of crude oil, significantly reducing CO2 emissions and water consumption compared to virgin materials.

care instructions
Shell jackets with membrane
- Air out instead of wash: Save water, energy, and extend garment life by airing out clothes. Wash your shell if exposed to salt water, heavy sweat, or dirt to maintain breathability and waterproof performance.
- Use a washing bag: Protect garments and prevent microfibers from leaking into waterways. Wipe the bag and lint filter clean, and throw the lint in the trash (never rinse with water).
- Machine wash cold: Use a gentle cycle with mild, environmentally certified detergents or specialized shell detergents in the correct dose.
- Avoid fabric softener: Softeners harm the environment and impair the garment's moisture transport and breathability.
- Hang dry and apply heat: Line dry the garment, then apply low heat (using a dryer, drying cabinet, or iron carefully) to reactivate the water-repellent surface.
- Reapply DWR if needed: Use an organic wash-in or spray to renew the water-repellent treatment when required.
